Service rating : Quick and efficient, couldn't supply the chair I wanted but I was contacted within a couple of hours to discuss alternatives. Delivery arrived within 48 hours of order placement.
Product : Standard office chair. A little uncomfortable for long periods but for the price not bad at all.

Service rating : The item we received had clearly been returned by a previous customer and then shipped out to us. The box was damaged with the wheels of the chair poking through and the whole box was mispacked. The chair appears to be ok but overall the impression given by the packaging was...
Thank you for your review and I am sorry it arrived this was, as it was definitely not a used chair. The chairs was ordered assembled so we have to unpack and build the chair and re box. The wheels should not have been poking out and I will take this issue up with the couriers. Please accept my apologies.

Service rating : delivery was stated as 3-5 days. i called after a week and was told the fabric for the seat cover was out of stock. the chair arrived 2 weeks after with the incorrect back. the correct back was then sent out which arrived in a few days.
