The chair is no where near as comfortable as my previous chair. I cannot get the seat tilt to move the seat into a better position - it is throwing me forwards all of the time. I want to get the front of the chair higher and the back lower. The back rest isn't very comfortable. So not a good chair for the money.

It is big, comfy and sturdy Well padded and the wheels glide over carpet I opted for a fully built, very professional job and well protected for the delivery

The assembly started out well but when fitting the back rest it would not fit. Slackening all of thew other screws off was necessary to get the back into position but even then it was difficult to get the screws in. One screw has not been fitted because it will not line up. The seat padding is not exciting. The packaging was not good and the box was falling apart, the gas strut had broken the plastic strut cover.

The chair seems fine once built but joining arms and back was a bit finnicky. Marginally longer screws would have made it easier. Thankfully there were spares, but did strip the thread on at least one screw.
