I ordered the Nova walnut desk, bookshelf and set of drawers. Delivery was prompt. Set of drawers were fully assembled minus the handles. Had to put bookshelf together but very easy. Desk was missing assembly instructions but still easy to put together. Products look really good and are a high quality...

At point of ordering my two chairs,the person dealing with my order could not have been more helpful..
Then it was pointed out to me that the delivery of the order may be later than I had thought. However I accepted that the small conference chair would be delivered approximately two weeks...
Thank you for your review and and I am pleased you find the chairs great, I am afraid the delivery time was due to the product being upholstered in a fabric of your choice rather than the stock colours. I will look into the packaging and apologise for the confusion over the bolts.
