To lower the seat height, simply pull the right-hand lever out while seated; to raise it, pull the lever out while standing.

The chair can only be locked in an upright position. To release the recline lock, pull the left-hand lever to recline and adjust the position. Once you're done, return to the upright position and pull the lever again to lock it. The chair features a weight-activated auto-balance mechanism that adjusts to different body types for optimal comfort and ergonomics, replacing traditional tension control.
