Service rating : I had no email to advise of despatch. When I contacted them, I was told it could be delivered the next day! No delivery slot (not even an am or pm approximation could be given) so I ended up staying in all day. When it arrived it was damaged, the wrong size and wrong configuration. ...
Thank you for your review and I am sorry for the inconvenience. Our supply made a picking error and then to make the issue worse were trialing a new courier service and I have to say they will not be using them again but this then meant the collection had to be made by a different courier. Please accept my apologies for this and I can confirm that this will not happen in the future.

Service rating : Positive is excellent product and delivery.
Negative is no instructions with chair and no response to follow up inquiry for instructions.
Product : Colour more a pinky red rather than orange so will be reupholstered
Also no instructions so have not worked out all chair...

I was called by the driver upon arrival, who offloaded and brought all the boxes in to the house. We had a quick chat about his route and the assembly of the desk, then off he went.
The only thing I'd suggest to improve the excellent delivery service, is to maybe call after the drop before...
