The Ergo Click Plus Fabric Office Chair features an innovative mechanism. allowing you to adjust the seat height, seat depth and recline angle, designed to provide maximum comfort and support throughout your working day. The lever located on the underside of the right-hand armrest, controls the seat height. The chair can be locked in any reclined position or left unlocked for a free-floating movement. 
 
On the right-hand side of the mechanism, located under the seat, you will find a turn handle, allowing you to adjust the recline tension to suit your body weight and preferred level of resistance. On the left-hand side, you will find a button for the seat slide adjustment.  To make an adjustment, simply push the button, then slide the seat forward or backward to your preferred depth.
