The Stealth Mesh Office Chair has an intuitive two lever synchronised mechanism with one lever on each side for easy height and recline adjustments. When seated, the lever on the right hand side controls the seat height. To change the height, lift the lever while seated to lower the chair or lift it while standing to raise the chair.

The lever on the left hand side controls the backrest recline. To adjust it, pull the lever up while seated, lean back to the angle you prefer and then push the lever down to lock it in place.
